Admission Process, Guidelines & Fee Refund
The following guidelines will be followed by MMYVV while admitting students to different programmes of the university.
Admission of Students
- Admission to various programmes shall be governed as prescribed by the statutes and ordinances of the University.
- The University may conduct its entrance test, if necessary, or may utilize the list of results of such examinations/tests conducted by different State/National Professional Bodies.
- The University may admit the students on the merit basis, wherever an entrance test is not essentially required.
- The University shall follow the reservation guidelines as per the prevailing government norms.
- As and when necessary, the guidelines of the different regulatory bodies of the State/Central shall be taken into account.
- MMYVV University reserves the right to make any exception in the above rules framed without any notice. However, in case of doubt, if any, of the interpretation of any clause, the decision of the University authority will be final.
The admission of students to the regular programmes of the University will be only on the merit basis. The Academic Council of the University may determine the minimum qualifying requirements for entry into each of the programmes of the University from time to time and state the same in the prospectus or any other admission-related literature. Admission to all the programmes is done either online or offline mode. Admission in NCTE courses has been conducted in accordance with rules & regulation framed by the Department of Higher Education Government of MP.
Admission Process
Online
- Students may take the admission in the university through online as well as offline.
- Online admission may be taken through online admission link:

Offline
- Visit the University Office
Interested candidates must visit the MMYVV Campus Karoundi Distt- Katni M.P. to begin the admission process.
- Collect the Admission Form from the Admission Cell
Admission forms are available at the University Admission Cell. Please collect the form in person during office hours.
- Fill Out the Form
Fill the form carefully with accurate personal and academic details. Ensure all required information is provided clearly.
- Attach Required Documents
Attach the self attested photocopies of the required documents (listed below) along with recent passport-size photographs.
- Submit the Form
Submit the completed admission form along with the required documents at the MMYVV Admission Cell or the respective city office from where you obtained the form.
Pay the Admission Fees
- Admission will be considered final only after the successful payment of the admission and tuition fees at the university’s accounts office.
- Tuition fees can also be paid through Installment options, as per the university’s fee structure and payment policy.
- Payment must be made through the modes approved by the university (cheque, online, or bank transfer – as applicable at the time of admission).

- Graduation Marksheet (for PG programs) Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Migration Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport-size Photographs (4 Photos)
- Caste Certificate (required only for students from Madhya Pradesh)
- Domicile Certificate (required only for students from Madhya Pradesh)
- Samagra ID (required only for students from Madhya Pradesh)
Important Guidelines
- Admission is granted on a merit basis.
- Incomplete forms or missing documents will not be accepted.
- Admission is strictly based on eligibility criteria as per university norms.
- Original documents must be produced at the time of final verification.
- Online/Distance mode admissions are not available.
Fee Refund
Cancellation of Admission Process Guidelines:
For the cancellation of admission students has to submit their application to the respective admin and to the head / Director of the respective institute. Fee has been refunded as per Guideline received from UGC.
